Our A-320 cockpit trainer allows you to practice aircraft systems and procedures and visualize the response. It has been entirely manufactured by Opencockpits and is made up of fully functional modules.

We currently offer 2 cabin models for training: Open structure with Captain and F.O., and Closed cabin with all components. And also for each basic model, additional elements can be included until having a professional trainer of the highest level.


This simulator is capable of training both normal, abnormal and emergency procedures. The trainer simulates the engine, the systems, the navigation instruments, and you can practice the automatic flight level, F / D, automatic throttle and basic flights. You can practice FMC procedures, checklists with the engine, systems failure, etc …

All components of the simulator are modular, which implies a low maintenance cost. The measurements are the same as in the simulated plane, as well as the functionalities, where practically all the elements are operational.

All panels are backlit in warm white, creating the same cabin environment as the real plane. Our products are adapted to the different uses that the client wants to make of the simulator, both for purely private use, and to be marketed as an entertainment simulator, in flight schools for flight procedures and practices …

Made of metal and oven-painted with textured paint. It includes all the elements like FCU, EFIS, Chrono and other additional panels. It has industrial displays for PFD, ND and EICAS, as well as Standby instruments, which are functional in terms of their display. Includes ambient led light, landing gear lever, analog gauges, all of which are operational.

This module is made up of an oven-painted aluminum rack, where, following the same philosophy as in the rest of the cabin, each element is individually connected, allowing each one to be replaced easily and quickly. The configuration is composed of 2 MCDU modules, 2 RMP, 2 AUDIO and ATC, Flaps, Speed Brakes, parking brakes, rudder trim and ECAM panel. All backlighting is controlled from the panel on the pedestal.

With the same philosophy as the rest of the cabin, the Overheads are designed in a modular way, for easy and quick access to any of its parts, so that maintenance costs are minimal.

All operational elements, as well as all its elements, including the fire-fighting system just like the real plane. Perfect multi-colored panels, safety guards and captions, not visible when gauges are not illuminated. All of it backlit.

All the controls of our cockpit are designed in a robust way, using iron and cast aluminum for them. The control loading is not electronic, and is done by spring and neumatic system, using magnetic sensor for a perfect accuracy.

All controls use 12-bit analog / digital converters and software filter to achieve greater motion sensitivity.

The Throttle has all the features of the real, with motorization for the movement of the Trim wheel and trim indicators. The trim also works in manual mode and the entire module is backlited. It is 98% built in aluminum and steel.

All the controls in our simulator are ruggedly designed, using iron and cast aluminum for them. The control load is not electronic, and is done by spring and pneumatic system, using a magnetic sensor for perfect precision.

There are also two more versions of this module, a professional one that includes the depth adjustment of the pedals, and another special option that also includes electronic force control to be certified.

All controls use 12-bit analog / digital converters and software filter for increased sensitivity to motion. The rudder is linked and adjustable in depth with indicative scale.

The interface software that includes our cockpit is one of the most powerful on the market. Allows in real time, check and test any element of the cockpit, from computers, indicators, displays, switches, controls …

With its powerful script language it also allows to develop specific simulations for any element. Being able to program for example the opening of a real access door, an air conditioner, or any imaginable condition. It has a development SDK in case it is used in specific tasks. It is compatible with practically all the simulation software of the market.

In the assemblies we carry out, we incorporate the entire computer system and electronic racks. The computers are 3, 1 main with latest generation Intel i7 processor, with a powerful Nvidia graphics card from the 2080(Ti) family with up to 4 graphics outputs.

The other 2 computers are dedicated to avionics. The system includes ethernet switches, industrial USB hubs and optionally the entire simulator with CanBus Ethernet electronics, Wifi modem, cabling, various converters and everything necessary for a perfect connection with the simulator.

Our simulator is prepared to be used by Professional Prepar3D and PROSIM-A320. With them, the simulation of the A320 cockpit would be completed.

Prepar3D is basically used for the flight model (adjusted by PROSIM A320), the generation of the visual environment and the basic airplane model. ProsimA320 is the software that handles the simulation of systems and avionics, as well as the instructor’s console.

Our visual system is based in one cylindrical screen of 220 degrees and 2.3 meters of radius.

We use 3 channels with Full HD projectors with specific software for warp and blend.

The optimum height from the ground is 2.7 meters, and with the radius of 2.3 meters it fits in an environment of 5 by 4 meters.

As an extra to the basic configuration, we can include the AFT OVERHEAD panel, where all the elements can be operative.

The level of realism is chosen by the customer. We can add functionality to all the panel breakers, only those you want, or put them completely without functionality, which greatly reduces the cost of the panel.

There is also the possibility of providing the simulator with a closed structure for the instructor, where from his control post he can manage the training session in a comfortable way.

The structure is equipped with an access door and wheels and can be easily added to the cockpit.

This structure can also optionally be incorporated both an instruction console with touch screens, as well as a specialized seat for the instructor, with rails for easy movement around the observation points.
